枪弹大批量定制发展策略研究

摘要:探讨了枪弹行业发展大批量定制的策略。首先介绍了大批量定制的概念和分类,接着通过大量文献研究,总结了不同行业采用大批量定制成功需要考虑客户、市场、价值链、技术、可定制和知识六大因素,最后结合枪弹制造企业的特点,从制造商的角度分析枪弹行业进行大批量定制,并指出发展策略,分别是使产品和工艺模块化和标准化、使用先进的制造技术、构建高效的物流和仓储系统、积累和使用数据、采用战略性管理以及构建柔性和快速反应系统。

Abstract:This paper aims to explore the development of mass customization strategies in ammunition industry. First, it introduced the concept and classification of mass customization. Then, it summarizes six factors of successful mass customization, including customers, markets, value chain, technology, customization, and knowledge. Finally, considering the characteristics of ammunition manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of the manufacturer, the development strategy of mass customization in the ammunition industry is analyzed. Development strategies include modularization and standardization of products and processes, application of advanced manufacturing technologies, building efficient logistics and warehousing systems, accumulating and applying data, adopting strategic management and building a flexible and quick response system.
