基于Quest3D的齿轮加工虚拟仿真教学系统研究

摘要:为解决机械类学生对齿轮加工实验的需求,基于Quest3D图形化编程开发平台,将齿轮加工工艺流程与虚拟现实技术有效结合,建立了齿轮加工虚拟仿真教学系统。系统分为三维场景模型、机械加工工艺系统模型、机床运动控制模块、人机交互模块四个部分,展示了齿轮制造与加工的完整工艺流程,能够从多视角多层级对机床的运动和加工过程进行模拟展示。该系统的应用弥补了理论教学的不足,真正实现虚拟人机交互,可为目前高校的虚拟仿真教学研究提供工程实例参考。

Research and Application on Virtual Simulation Teaching System of Gear Machining Based on Quest3D

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of mechanical students for gear processing experiments, by using the Quest3D graphical programming development platform, a virtual simulation teaching system for gear processing which combines the gear processing process with virtual reality technology is established. The system is divided into four parts: 3D scene module, machining process system module, machine tool motion control module, human-machine interaction module, which shows the complete process of gear manufacturing and machining is shown in detail and can simulate the machine movement as well as the machining process from multiple perspectives and levels. The application of the system makes up for the shortage of theoretical teaching and truly realizes the virtual human-machine interaction, which provides engineering examples for the research of virtual simulation teaching in colleges and universities.
