新型高速包装机推手机构的系统化设计方法研究

摘要:为提升高速包装机械的工作效率,新型烟包推手机构的创新设计受到重视,其主要设计难点在于要求烟包推手机构执行构件按某种复杂轨迹进行精确运动并保持特定姿态。因此,本文基于德国产品研发标准VDI 2742、产品研发方法VDI 2221和现代产品研发理论,结合烟包推手机构的复杂轨迹要求和特定姿态要求,提出一种系统化的烟包推手机构设计方法。首先,根据系统化的烟包推手机构设计方法,对有复杂轨迹和姿态要求的新型烟包推手机构进行需求设计和概念设计,得到新型的烟包推手机构方案;其次,依据烟包推手机构技术需求清单的尺度要求,对新型烟包推手进行精细设计,得到机构构件的具体参数;最后,根据设计所得的构件参数,对新型烟包推手机构进行结构设计,利用Adams软件进行动态分析,验证了烟包推手装置的可行性。通过机构方案设计结果,证明该机构设计方法能实现对烟包推手机构的系统化设计,大大提高机构设计的系统性、有效性以及可行性。

Research on the Systematic Design Scheme of the Push-Hand Mechanism of the New High-Speed Packaging Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the working efficiency of high-speed packaging machinery, the innovative design of the cigarette pack pusher mechanism has received attention. The main design difficulty lies in the requirement that the executive member of the cigarette pack pusher mechanism accurately move in a specific posture and follow a certain complex trajectory. Therefore, based on the German product development standard-VDI 2742, product development method-VDI 2221 and modern product development theories, this paper proposes a systematic design method for the cigarette package pusher mechanism, combining the complex trajectory requirements and specific posture requirements of the cigarette package pusher mechanism. First of all, according to the systematic design method of the cigarette pack pusher mechanism, the demand design and conceptual design of the new cigarette pack pusher mechanism with complex trajectory and posture requirements are carried out to obtain a new type of cigarette pack pusher mechanism scheme. Secondly, according to the technology of the cigarette pack pusher mechanism According to the scale requirements of the demand list, the new cigarette pack pusher is finely designed to obtain the specific parameters of the mechanism components. Finally, the new cigarette pack pusher mechanism is designed according to the designed component parameters, and the Adams software is used for dynamic analysis to verify the feasibility of the cigarette pack pushing device. Through the design results of the mechanism scheme, it is proved that the mechanism design method can realize the systematic design of the cigarette pack pushing mechanism, which greatly improves the systematic, effectiveness and feasibility of the mechanism design.
