基于符号学的大型机械设备外观涂装设计

摘要:为提升大型机械设备涂装的装饰效果和形象传达效果,基于符号学理论,提出涂装的装饰图案设计方法:首先进行设备外观和功能分析,明确涂装部位和设计风格;然后在符号学理论的指导下进行符号元素的选取;最后结合符号学理论和视觉形态抽象方法来对符号元素进行视觉表现。通过航空发动机离心机涂装设计实践验证这一方法的有效性。实践证明该方法起到了外观美化、彰显设备特征、企业形象传达的效果,对大型机械设备的外观涂装设计具有一定的指导意义。

Appearance Coating Design of Large Mechanical Equipment Based on Semiology

Abstract:In order to improve the decorative effect and image transmission effect of mechanical equipment coating, a decorative pattern design method for coating is proposed based on semiotics theory. Firstly, the appearance and function of the equipment is analyzed to decide the coating parts and design style. And then the symbol elements are selected under the guidance of semiotics theory. Finally, the semiotics theory and visual form abstraction method are used to design the symbol elements. The effectiveness of this method is verified through the aero-engine centrifuge coating design. Practice has proved that this method has the effect of beautifying the appearance, highlighting the characteristics of the equipment, and conveying the corporate image. It has a guiding significance for the appearance coating design of large-scale machinery and equipment.
