某武器系统滑移式方舱保护罩设计

摘要:车载方舱是武器系统的重要组成部分,可为舱内设备及人员提供必要的环境条件和防护。针对某武器系统光电设备伺服转台回转半径大、俯仰范围大的特点,设计了一种大型滑移式方舱保护罩,可在阵地停放及随车运输过程中,防止外界雨雪及砂尘等环境条件对舱内光电设备造成损伤。介绍了该装置的结构组成、工作原理、密封设计及控制原理,并结合物理样机对滑移式方舱保护罩进行了详细阐述。设计及样机结果表明,滑移式方舱保护罩闭合后具有较好的防雨防尘等作用,作战开启时,可满足武器系统的使用需求,且开/闭运动灵活、运行时间短、可靠性高。该自动化保护装置满足了武器系统可靠防护和快速状态转换的需求。

The Design of Sliding Shelter Protective Cover of a Weapon System

Abstract:Vehicle shelter is an important part of weapon system. It provides necessary environmental conditions and protection for the equipment and soldiers in the cabin. According to the characteristics of large rotation radius and large pitch range of photoelectric servo turntable in the shelter, a new type of large sliding shelter protective cover was designed, which could prevent the equipment from the damage caused by rain, snow, dust and other weather conditions in the process of on-board transportation and parking. The structure, working principle, sealing design and control principle of the device was introduced. Combined with the physical prototype, the sliding shelter cover was described in detail. The design and prototype results show that the sliding shelter protective cover is rainproof and dustproof when closed, and it meets the requirements of weapon system when opened. Meanwhile, the sliding shelter protective cover has the advantages of simple structure, flexible operation, short movement time and high reliability. The automatic protection device designed in this paper meets the requirements of reliable protection and fast warring-marching conversion for weapon system.
