南水北调中线干渠浮油拦截装置安放位置研究

摘要:随着南水北调中线工程的运行,因沿线机电设备内油类污染物出现外泄或渗漏等多种原因,导致渠道表面出现油类污染物。该类污染对饮用水造成了很大影响,需对水表油类污染物进行清除处理。根据南水北调中线干渠实际情况,研制一种适用于南水北调中线干渠浮油拦截装置。该装置与渠岸成一定夹角斜跨干渠水面安放。利用ANSYS Workbench平台中Fluent模块,对拦截装置与干渠呈不同夹角时上下游流场进行仿真。结果发现,装置与河岸夹角越小,拦油效果越好,但综合考虑装置的拦油效率及经济适用性,安放位置为与河岸夹角45°处最佳。

Research on the Fixed Position of Oil Slick Interceptor in the Main Canal of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Abstract:With the operation of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, oil pollutants is appearing on the surface of the channel due to various reasons such as the leakage of oil pollutants in the electromechanical equipment along the route. This kind of pollution has a great impact on drinking water, which calls for the removal of the oil pollutants from water. According to the actual situation of the main canal of the mid-route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, an oil slick interception equipment is developed. The equipment is placed diagonally across the water surface of the main canal at a certain angle with the canal bank. By using the Fluent module on the ANSYS Workbench platform, the upstream and downstream flow fields are simulated when the interception equipment and the main channel are at different angles. It is found that the smaller the angle between the equipment and the river bank is, the better the oil interception performs. Considering the oil interception efficiency and economic applicability, the optimal angle is determined to be 45°.
