新能源混合动力汽车动力传动系的参数匹配与仿真计算

摘要:根据某款中型轿车的能源改造需求,对并联混合动力方案及传动系关键部件参数进行了选型与计算。选择单排行星齿轮机构作为混合动力输出的转速耦合装置,并尽力保持原车传动系制造工艺变动较小的原则;在ADVISOR 2002环境中,建立了发动机、电动机、转速合成器、变速器、减速器等装置组成的动力传动系统整体仿真模型。依据整体仿真模型对混合动力车辆的动力性和经济性做了仿真分析,并对动力传动系参数的匹配方案做了初步优化。

Parameter Matching and Optimization of Power Train of New Energy Hybrid Electric Vehicle

Abstract:According to the energy transformation needs of a medium-sized car, the key components of its new energy parallel hybrid power scheme and drive train were selected and calculated. A single-row planetary gear mechanism is selected as the speed coupling device for hybrid power output, and the composition of other mechanisms of the original car's drive train is remained unchanged. In theADVISOR2002 environment, an overall simulation model of power transmission system have been established, which includes the engine, electric motor, speed synthesizer, transmission, reducer and other devices. The dynamic and economic performance of the hybrid electric vehicle are simulated and analyzed, and the matching scheme of the power train parameters is initially optimized.
