重载铁路曲线钢轨廓形多目标优化设计

摘要:针对重载铁路曲线轨道钢轨磨耗和压溃问题,建立了一种基于遗传算法和层次分析法的钢轨廓形多目标优化设计方法。在设计方法中,将实测重载曲线廓形作为遗传优化初始种群,利用改进的NURBS曲线参数化钢轨廓形,用C80货车车辆-轨道动力学模型仿真的磨耗指数、接触应力、脱轨系数、轮重减载率和平稳性指标作为优化目标,运用层次分析法确立各指标权重,通过遗传迭代求解出最佳曲线非对称钢轨廓形。轮轨接触分析表明,该钢轨廓形在降低轮轨磨耗和降低轮轨接触应力方面都非常有效。

Multi-Objective Optimization Design of Rail Profiles on Curve Tracks of Heavy Haul Railway

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problems of rail wear and crushing of heavy haul railway curve track, a multi-objective optimization design method for rail profile based on genetic algorithm and analytic hierarchy process was developed. The measured profiles of heavy haul railway curve track were used as the initial population for genetic optimization, and the improved NURBS curve was used to parameterize the rail profile. The wear index, contact stress, derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, and Sperling index of the simulated C80 vehicle dynamics model were used as optimization targets. The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the weight of each index. Finally, the optimal curved asymmetric rail profile is solved by genetic iteration. The wheel-rail contact analysis shows that this rail profile is very effective in reducing wheel-rail wear and wheel-rail contact stress.
