重载万向联轴器法兰叉头开裂失效分析及对策

摘要:针对重载万向联轴器法兰叉头开裂故障,通过对结构设计、加工制造和使用工况进行勘察,复核了法兰叉头在极限扭矩工况下的静强度和疲劳强度,通过对重载万向联轴器进行解体分析,以及对联轴器剖分轴承座联结螺栓预紧状态和紧固状态有限元分析,得出了在重载传动系统中使用的SWP型剖分轴承座十字轴式万向联轴器,容易在剖分轴承座连接螺纹副底部因应力幅值大而产生疲劳裂纹,造成重载万向联轴器法兰叉头开裂,提出了相应的对策建议。

Failure Analysis and Countermeasure Proposal on Heavy-Duty Universal Coupling’s Flange Fork Head Cracking

Abstract:Aiming at the failure which causes the fork head cracking of heavy-duty universal coupling, this paper studies the cause of the failure from several aspects. Through the investigation of physical design, processing and manufacturing and working conditions on universal coupling, the static strength and fatigue strength of flange fork head under ultimate torque condition are re-checked. And through the disassembly analysis of the heavy-duty universal coupling and the finite element analysis of the pre-tightening state and fastening state of the coupling bolt of the split-bearing seat, it is concluded that the SWP type cross-shaft universal coupling used in the heavy-duty transmission system is easy to generate fatigue crack at the bottom of the coupling thread pair of the split-bearing seat due to the large stress amplitude, which eventually leads to the flange fork crack of the heavy-duty universal coupling.
