烟气轮机加长叶片的受载分析与寿命预测

摘要:烟气轮机是炼油厂催化裂化装置中的关键设备,其转子叶片工作在高温、多粉尘、易腐蚀的恶劣环境下,常常出现叶片断裂失效的问题。重点研究二级动叶片加长2 mm后对烟气轮机的寿命影响规律。基于有限元方法,模拟二级动叶片高速旋转过程,评估了二级叶动片的离心拉应力场;采用简化的理论模型,计算二级叶动片所承受的弯矩应力与交变载荷。基于Larson-Miller模型,采用有限元分析方法,对叶片载荷进行分析,预估了二级动叶片/轮盘的高温持久应力寿命。结果表明:加长二级动叶片后,二级叶盘的驱动功率降低1.4%,叶片和轮盘的寿命分别缩短0.789%和0.363%。可见叶片加长对烟气轮机寿命的影响并不显著,进而为烟机安全运转提供了数据支撑。

Stress Analysis and Life Prediction of Flue Gas Turbine with Lengthened Blade

Abstract:Flue gas turbine, an important equipment of catalytic cracking unit, commonly brings enormous economic benefit for refinery. However, there are many fracture accidents of blade due to the harsh working conditions with high temperature and high velocity particles with chemical corrosion. This paper focuses on the effect of lengthening blade on service life of flue gas turbine. Firstly, finite element analysis was employed to simulate the rotating process of blade and the stress field was obtained. Then, bending moment and gravity induced alternating load on blade was calculated using a simplified theoretical model. Finally, the Larson-Miller model was utilized to evaluate the serve life of blade and disk based on the previous load analysis. The results showed that lengthening the blade with two millimeter leads to a decline of 1.4% on energy consumption and a decrease of serve life, 0.789% for blade and 0.363% for disk, respectively.
