矿用光波计量秤的设计

摘要:针对煤矿井下计量秤的使用现状,利用高频电磁波在穿透物料时的吸收特性设计了一种由信号发射器、信号接收器、支架、传感器防护筒、主机和速度传感器组成的矿用光波计量秤,通过实时测量电磁波的衰减情况计算出煤量的瞬态值,达到精准计量的目的。在晋煤集团寺河矿东井区综采工作面的顺槽皮带输送机上对矿用光波计量秤进行了安装测试,并对运行数据进行了统计分析,得到了误差值始终保持在1%以内的试验结果,证明该设计实现了井下煤量的动态精准测量,可为矿井产量的合理调配提供数据支持。

Design of Mine Light Wave Weighing Scale

Abstract:In view of the current status of the use of measuring scales in coal mines, a light wave measurement consisting of a signal transmitter, a signal receiver, a bracket, a sensor protection tube, a host and a speed sensor is designed using the absorption characteristics of high-frequency electromagnetic waves when penetrating materials scales. The design can calculate the instantaneous value of coal quantity by measuring the attenuation of electromagnetic waves in real time, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement. In this paper, the installation and testing of the mine light wave measuring scale was carried out on the down-groove belt conveyor of the comprehensive mining face in the east well area of Sihe Mine of Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Industry Group Co., Ltd., and the operation data was statistically analyzed, and the error value was always maintained at 1%.The test results proved that the design realized the dynamic and accurate measurement of the underground coal quantity, and provided data support for the rational allocation of mine output.
