节流孔分布对矩形止推气浮静压轴承承载力的影响

摘要:为了分析矩形止推气浮静压轴承的承载性能,研究节流孔分布结构对轴承承载性能的影响,通过SolidWorks三维建模软件建立了气浮轴承的流场模型。通过FLUENT软件对气浮轴承的流场模型进行仿真分析,求解得到了不同节流孔分布结构的轴承气膜压力分布及其承载力。分析结果表明,在节流孔个数相同的情况下,当分布结构由多组沿圆周方向均匀分布的节流孔组成时,气膜间隙中间的压力更高,气浮轴承的承载力也更大;说明对节流孔分布结构进行优化设计能提高气浮轴承的承载力。

Abstract:In order to analyzethe bearing capacity of the rectangular thrust air bearing. , and to study the influence of the orifice distribution structure on the bearing load-bearing performance, the flow field model of the aerostatic bearing was established by SolidWorks 3D modeling software. Through the FLUENT software, the flow field model of the aerostaticbearing is simulated and analyzed, and the pressure distribution and bearing capacity of the bearing gas film with different orifice distribution structures are solved. The analysis results show that when the number of orifices is the same, when the distribution structure is composed of multiple groups of orifices evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, the pressure in the middle of the gas film gap is higher, and the bearing capacity of the aerostaticbearing is also greater; Explain that the optimized design of the orifice distribution structure can improve the bearing capacity of the aerostaticbearing.
