解决老旧小区停车问题的复式立体停车库的研发

摘要:复式结构立体停车装置,主要针对狭小空间停车难的问题。装置采用升降导轨与横移滑轨的设计,通过梳齿托盘转移车辆,并具备手机移动终端一键控制存取车的功能,从而达到自动停放车辆的目的。主要针对装置的工作原理进行分析,并根据相关理论对于某些常用的主要原件进行非动态的荷载情况分析,分析结果显示,一般的零部件在工作中的最大承重小于设计的合理承重,并经过现场实物检验得出本装置在实际使用中的可行性。

Development of Compound Parking Device to Solve the Problem of Parking in Old Communities

Abstract:The compound parking device is mainly designed for the parking in a small space. It adopts the design of lifting rail and traverse rail to trasfer the vehicle laterally or longitudinally through the comb-finger pallet, and has the function of parking or getting out the car through mobile terminals by one click. The static load analysis of the main components of the device was carried out by the finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation. The results show that the maximal weight capacity of the components under working conditions is less than the allowable capacity. And the reliability of the device was verified in field tests.
