中国保险汽车安全指数分析

摘要:中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI)是基于实车碰撞试验从汽车安全风险角度出发制定的汽车碰撞试验规程。为了更好地认识其对我国保险行业汽车安全风险评估及汽车安全性测试发展的促进作用,从介绍C-IASI的试验规程着手,根据汽车被动安全碰撞测试要求,通过对2017版本C-IASI与现行RCAR、E-NCAP和IIHS在试验类型、试验方法、试验速度等方面进行对比研究,分析探讨了不同测试项目的模拟场景以及差异原因,并对C-IASI进一步发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:China insurance automobile safety index (C-IASI) is a vehicle crash test procedure based on real vehicle crash test from the perspective of vehicle safety risk. In order to better understand its role in promoting the development of automobile safety risk assessment and automobile safety test in China's insurance industry, this paper starts with the introduction of C-IASI test procedures, according to the requirements of automobile passive safety collision test, through the comparative study of 2017 version C-IASI and current RCAR, E-NCAP and IIHS in terms of test type, test method, test speed, etc., analyzes and discusses The simulation scenarios of different test projects and the reasons for the differences are presented, and the further development trend of C-IASI is prospected.
