基于功能技术矩阵的双八字无碳小车设计

摘要:为设计一种以重力势能驱动的具有方向控制功能的自行小车,通过分解小车总体功能要求,构建功能技术矩阵、运动特性矩阵、经济性矩阵,参考各部分机构的权重系数,得到最优机构设计方案。通用MATLAB软件进行轨迹模拟,对机械系统中各个参数进行调整,并探讨参数变化对轨迹对称性的影响。通过单周期与多周期的模拟,得到最优参数与最佳轨迹曲线。通过实车调整验证了方案的可行性,并发现设计的小车结构简单、性能良好,有较高的经济性。论证了基于功能技术矩阵对无碳小车方案设计的可行性,为相关产品设计提供了有益参考。

Design of Double Eight Character Carbon-Free Car Based on Functional Technology Matrix

Abstract:In order to design a self-propelled car with directional control function and driven by gravitational potential energy, by decomposing the overall functional requirements of the car to construct a function- technology matrix, a motion characteristic matrix, an economic matrix, and refer to the proportion of each part to obtain the best plan of mechanism design. And use Software, MATLAB, to simulate car′s trajectory, adjust various parameters in the mechanical system, and explore the influence of changes of each parameter on simulation of trajectory. Optimal parameters and optimal trajectory curves are obtained by single-cycle and multi-cycle simulations. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by experiment in reality, and it was found that the car has simple structure, good performance and good economic performance. The feasibility of the design of carbon-free car based on function-technology matrix is demonstrated, which provides a useful reference for related product design.
