基于ANSYS的主轴箱优化设计

摘要:以数控加工中心主轴箱为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立三维模型,并用ANSYS分析主轴箱在最恶劣工况下的受力情况。对主轴箱进行模态分析,提取了前四阶固有频率及振型图。根据静动态特性分析结果,结合主轴箱几个关键尺寸对结构静刚度和重量的影响,进行了优化。对优化后的主轴箱进行了静动态特性有限元分析,主轴箱重量减少了39.8 kg,变形和应力也得到了降低,前四阶固有频率大幅提高。优化后的主轴箱静动态特性都得到了显著提高。

Optimization of Headstock Based on ANSYS

Abstract:The headstock of CNC Machining Center is taken as the object of study. Three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks. The static structure analysis is performed on the headstock under the worst condition.Modal analysis is taken with the first four natural frequencies and vibration models gotten.Structural optimization is taken, based on the analysis results of static and dynamic characteristics and the effects of several key dimensions of the spindle box on the static stiffness and weight of the structure. Compared to the results of finite element analysis of original headstock, The weight is reduced by 39.8 kg, the deformation and stress are also reduced, and the first four natural frequencies are greatly increased. the dynamic and static characters are greatly improved.
