摘要:为有效指导不同专业和系统设计的进程,结合舰船研制特点,针对全三维设计的厂所协同业务,系统开展了厂所协同设计准备工作研究。率先在舰船领域引入成熟度概念,详细阐述了舰船协同研制流程中的数字模型技术状态和工作内容。同时,定义了服务于二级系统成熟度的计算公式,并应用于某型舰动力装置滑油系统的成熟度评估。最后,通过机舱系统设计应用实例,运用成熟度评估方法分析系统设计进度,能有效辅助厂所协同设计,对工程研制具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:To effectively guide different professional and system design processes. According to the characteristics of warship development, the preparation work for the three-dimensional design of the collaborative business between institute and shipyard was systematically carried out. At the same time, the concept of maturity degree was first introduced in the field of warship, and the technical status and work content of digital model in the process of warship co-development were expounded in detail. In addition, two formulas were defined to serve the second-level system maturity evaluation, and it was applied to the maturity evaluation of a certain type of ship power unit lubricating oil system. Finally, through the application example of system design in the cabin, the maturity evaluation method was used to analyze the design progress of the systems, which can effectively assist the collaborative design and has certain guiding significance for the engineering development.
