基于FlexSim的露天矿卡车调度系统建模方法

摘要:露天矿卡车调度系统建模仿真具有难度大、程序可扩展性和可移植性差以及难以实现可视化等不足。通过对FlexSim软件的二次开发,提出一种面向对象的露天矿卡车调度系统仿真建模新方法,建立了露天矿卡车调度系统仿真模型。利用该方法建立的仿真模型,针对不同固定派车方案和实时调度准则可快速实现模型扩展、移植、调整、改进等操作,并以三维形式动态呈现露天矿生产运输调度的全过程。最后对某大型露天矿的实际生产调度过程进行了建模仿真,结果表明,通过对所建立的矿山固定配车方案仿真模型分析、比较和调整,最终确定的卡车调度方案实现的矿石运输产量较以往方案至少增加5.63%。

A Modeling Method of Truck Dispatching Systems in the Open-Pit Mine Based on FlexSim

Abstract:In this paper, a new simulation method modelling the truck dispatching system in the open-pit mine is proposed based on object-oriented modeling technology and secondary development of the software FlexSim. It is shown that the simulation model has potential to avoid the intrinsic flaws of the simulation such as complexity of modelling, poor extendibility and visibility, and that model expansion, transplantation, adjustment and other operations according to different fixed dispatching plans and real-time dispatching of trucks can be realized quickly. Furthermore, this method can present dynamically the whole process of production and transportation of the open-pit mine in three-dimensional forms. Finally, a series of simulation models with fixed dispatching plans  of truck in a large open-pit mine is established, and it turns out that the transport volume of the ore in the optimal model increases at least 5.63% compared with the previous models.
