干燥塔结构设计有限元分析

摘要:为判定干燥塔设计的合理性,根据设计图纸建立整体结构力学模型,采用ANSYS仿真分析软件,考虑介质内压力、结构自重、内件重力和支座作用力等载荷,设置设计工况、试验载荷和疲劳载荷三种工况,对干燥塔整体结构进行数值模拟和应力分析计算。结果表明,干燥塔三种工况下的整体结构强度满足校核要求,说明其理论设计厚度满足设计要求,为干燥塔结构设计提供了理论支撑。

Finite Element Analysis of Structure Design of Drying Tower

Abstract:In order to judge the rationality of the design of the drying tower, the overall structural mechanics model is established according to the design drawings, using ANSYS simulation analysis software, considering the medium internal pressure, the self weight of the structure, the gravity of the inner part and the force of the support, set up three operating conditions including design condition, test load and fatigue load, the whole structure of the drying tower is numerically simulated and analyzed. The results show that the overall structural strength of the drying tower under three working conditions meets the checking requirements. The theoretical design thickness meets the design requirements, which provides a theoretical support for the drying tower structure design.
