薄壁管状空间伸展臂技术综述

摘要:介绍了可收拢管状伸展臂(STEM)和可盘卷管状伸展臂(CTM)这两类薄壁管状空间伸展臂的工作原理,并调研了国内外基于该类伸展臂的典型应用,如空间并联机构、可展天线、太阳帆展开机构等。总结分析了薄壁管伸展臂结构与机构设计、仿真分析与试验、成型工艺等关键技术,并对我国在该技术领域的发展提出了开展新型展开机构研究、开展全面地仿真分析与试验、开展薄壁管基材研究、开展成型工艺研究等建议。

Overview of Thin-walled Tubular Space Deployable Masts

Abstract:This paper introduced the working principle of two kinds of thin-walled tubular space deployable masts: storable tubular extendable member and collapsible tubular mast and investigated typical applications at home and abroad, such as space parallel structures, deployable antennas and solar sail deployment mechanisms based on this kind of extended arm. Meanwhile, this paper summarized and analysed the key technologies such as the structure and mechanism design, simulation analysis and test, forming technology of thin-welled tube extension arm, etc. And putted forward some suggestions for the development of this technology field in our country, such as developing new type deployment mechanisms, carrying out comprehensive simulation analysis and tests, developing thin-welled tubular base material research, and developing forming techno_logy research, etc.
