圆振动筛的轻量化优化设计

摘要:以2YA2470型号圆振动筛为研究对象,通过现场勘测数据建立三维模型,将建好的模型导入有限元软件Workbench中建立有限元模型,进而分析了圆振动筛在空载条件下的振动模态分析和负载条件下的瞬态动力学分析。结合分析结果,对振动筛进行了优化,从而减轻了振动筛的重量并均衡了各机构的应力,固有频率和应力分布均未有很大影响。优化后的振动筛达到了需要的轻量化需求,减少了电机损耗,降低了一定的生产成本。

Lightweight Optimization Design of Circular Vibrating Screen

Abstract:Taking the 2YA2470 circular vibrating screen as the research object, the 3D model was built based on the site survey data, and the built model was introduced into the finite element software Workbench to establish the finite element model. Next, the analysis of vibration mode of the circular vibrating screen under no-load condition and the transient dynamic analysis under load conditions were conducted. Basing on the analysis results, the vibrating screen was optimized, which reduced the weight of the vibrating screen and balanced the stress of each mechanism, and the natural frequency and the stress distribution basically remained unaffected. It turns out that the optimized vibrating screen meets the required light weight requirements, reduces the motor losses, and to a certain extent reduces the production cost.
