自由移动特效舞台框架结构的设计与优化

摘要:设计了一款能够自由移动,并且带有特效表演功能的舞台框架结构。该结构的设计以经验设计为基础,循环进行了草图设计、方案分析和方案评价三个基本步骤,以满足舞台机械设计强度和刚度的要求。在满足设计要求的基础上,通过改变方管结构的布置来进行优化设计,以得到布局更合理、重量更轻、强度更高的结构。并适当减小安全余量,以节约控制材料和成本。

Design and Optimization of Frame Structure of Mobile Special Effects Stage

Abstract:This paper is a kind of stage frame structure which can move freely and has special effect performance function designed. Based on experience design, three basic steps of sketch design, scheme analysis and scheme evaluation are carried out to meet the requirements of strength and stiffness of stage machinery design. And on the basis of meeting the design requirements, through changing the layout of square pipe structure to optimize the design, to get a more reasonable layout, lighter weight, higher strength structure. Appropriately reducing the safety margin is also the saving and control of materials and costs.
