中低速磁浮道岔梁温度效应分析

摘要:中低速磁浮列车对线路的精度有着很高的要求,道岔梁因其结构特点在温差作用下会产生变形,影响线路的精度水平。建立中低速磁浮道岔主动梁热力学分析模型,根据稳态热传导分析方法,研究磁浮道岔主动梁在不同温度场中三种温差荷载作用下的温度分布情况。运用热-结构耦合分析方法,将温度分布作为条件研究磁浮道岔主动梁的温度变形。计算结果表明,磁浮道岔主动梁的温度分布在温差荷载作用方向呈近似线性规律,温度梯度随温差值上升而增大;在本文计算条件下,磁浮道岔主动梁的温度分布及温度变形受环境温度的影响较小。当横向温差超过15℃时,磁浮道岔梁横向变形量超过相关规定限值。在中低速磁浮道岔梁结构工程设计中,校核磁浮道岔梁在真实条件下的温度效应具有重要意义。

Analysis of Temperature Effect on Medium and Low Speed Maglev Turnout Beam

Abstract:Medium and low speed maglev train has a high demand for the accuracy of the line, Because of its structural characteristics, the turnout beam will produce deformation under the action of temperature difference, which will affect the accuracy level of the line. Thermodynamic analysis model of medium and low speed maglev turnout beam is established. According to steady state heat conduction analysis method, the temperature distribution of maglev turnout beam under three different temperature loads in different temperature fields is studied. The thermal-structural coupling analysis method is used to study the temperature deformation of the maglev turnout beam under the condition of temperature distribution. The results show that the temperature distribution of the maglev turnout beam is approximately linear in the direction of the temperature difference load, and the temperature gradient increases with the rise of the temperature difference. Under the condition of calculation in this paper, the temperature distribution and deformation of the maglev turnout beam are less affected by ambient temperature. When the transverse temperature difference exceeds 15℃, the transverse deformation of the maglev turnout beam exceeds the relevant stipulated limit. Therefore, it is important to check the temperature effect of maglev turnout beam under real conditions in the structural design of it.
