门座式起重机DPVF-125-68型减速箱一二级传动结构优化

摘要：DPVF-125-68型减速箱在作业中普遍存在一、二级行星齿轮传动组圆柱形立轴外窜，圆柱形立轴、两级传动组上下挡板磨损严重，减速箱振动，异常高温等问题。通过分析该型减速箱一二级行星齿轮传动组结构与作业原理，确定故障原因：减速箱两级传动组上、下挡板非刚性联结，零部件热变形及润滑油产生的轴向力，使圆柱形立轴从下挡板轴孔内外窜，与两级传动组的上、下挡板摩擦磨损。通过焊接一体化方法，分别固定两级传动组上、下挡板，将圆柱形立轴设计为台肩轴，借助紧固螺栓固定台肩轴与下挡板，消除了因零部件热变形差异、润滑油轴向作用所导致的窜轴、磨损、箱体振动、异响、异常高温的结构缺陷。

The Structure Optimization of Two-Stage Planetary Gear Set of DPVF-125-68 Reducer Gearbox

Abstract：The DPVF-125-68 reducer gearbox had a problem when it was used: the cylindrical vertical shaft moved out from the shaft hole, the cylindrical vertical shaft, the above baffle and the under baffle showed many sign of wear and tea, vibration, high temperature. By analyzing the structure and principle of the Two-stage planetary gear set of DPVF-125-68 reducer gearbox, we determined the cause of the problem: the Two-stage planetary gear set is not integrated, different thermal deformation and the axial effect from Lubricating oil make the cylindrical vertical shaft run out from the under baffle, which caused many sign of wear and tea with the above baffle and the under baffle. So we fixed the upper baffle and the under baffle by welding, we turn the cylindrical vertical shaft into the shoulder shaft, which was fixed with the under baffle by bolt. This project solved the problem above.
