350 MW超临界机组低旁阀内漏治理

摘要：华能海南发电股份公司东方电厂2×350 MW机组配置的进口低压旁路阀使用中严重内漏，反复检修效果依然如此，阀门几乎一直处于故障状态运行，严重影响机组效率和运行安全。分析了阀门结构和内漏原因，制定了阀门改造方案。总体结构采用了防冲蚀、防呲损设计，取消直通式平衡结构，采用预启阀平衡阀门开启阻力；改变了操作方式，采用提拉关闭式结构；优化了阀座，解决了阀座密封和拆卸难的问题；新设计了阀杆、阀芯，阀芯可以实现自动对中，避免了长期使用中阀杆变形造成的卡涩问题；改造了阀门的密封形式，解决了低压旁路阀普遍存在的内漏和使用寿命短的问题。

Abstract：The imported low-pressure bypass valve equipped with 2×350 MW unit in Huaneng Hainan Power Generation Co., Ltd. Dongfang Power Plant has a serious internal leakage in operation. The effect of repeated maintenance is still the same, the valve almost always in the state of failure, seriously affect the efficiency and safety of the unit. In this paper, the valve structure and internal leakage reason are analyzed, the valve reconstruction scheme is formulated, the overall structure adopts the anti-erosion, anti-scrape design, cancels the straight-through balance structure, uses the pre-open valve to balance the valve opening resistance; The operation mode was changed and the pull-off structure was adopted. The valve seat is optimized to solve the problem of seat sealing and disassembly. The new design of valve stem, valve core, the valve core can achieve automatic alignment, avoid the long-term use of the valve stem deformation caused by the sticking problem; The modified sealing form solves the common problems of internal leakage and short service life of the low pressure bypass valve.
