摘要:结合车削加工经验,通过理论计算和仿真分析相结合的方法,研究了薄壁圆筒零件车削刚度的判定方法。通过车削力计算、车削力作用下变形量计算和重力作用下变形量计算,计算得出了车削过程中零件的整体变形量。利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对薄壁圆筒零件车削时的变形状态进行仿真计算,通过实例验证了理论计算方法的正确性。最终得出了薄壁圆筒零件外形尺寸与车削刚度的关系,可以通过关系式直接判定能否在不使用支撑工装的情况下完成车削加工。

The Turning Rigidity Analysis of Thin-Walled Cylindrical Parts

Abstract:Combined with the processing experience, the stiffness determination method of thin-walled cylinder parts was studied by combining theoretical method and simulation calculation method in this article. The overall deformation of the thin-walled cylinder parts in the turning process was calculated by calculating the turning force, the deformation under the turning force and the deformation under the gravity. The ANSYS Workbench software was used to simulate the deformation of thin-walled cylinder parts during turning. And the theoretical calculation method was verified by an example. The relationship between the shape and the turning rigidity of the thin-walled cylinder parts was worded out, and the relation formula of whether the parts can be turned without supporting fixture was deduced.
