基于工业机器人的手机壳去披锋工装设计

摘要:针对人工打磨手机壳披锋传统方法中的效率低、质量一致性差、安全隐患等问题,设计了基于工业机器人手机壳去披锋工装。对基于工业机器人的手机壳去披锋工装进行了整体结构设计:包括右侧上料机构、中间去披锋机构、左侧下料机构三部分。进而对去披锋装置、转盘夹具等关键零部件进行了详细三维设计,为手机壳去披锋工序提供了一套完整的自动化解决方案。相关成果可为基于工业机器人的手机壳去披锋工装设备的下一步市场化推广打下基础。

Tool Design of Deburring Process for Mobile Phone Shell Based on Industrial Robots

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, inconsistent quality and potential danger to personal safety in the traditional method of manual deburring process of mobile phone shell, a new deburring tool for mobile phone shell based on industrial robots was designed. In this paper, the overall structure design of deburring tool for the mobile phone shell based on industrial robots is carried out, which includes three parts: the right side feeding mechanism, the middle deburring mechanism and the left side reclaiming mechanism. Then the key parts such as the deburring device and the turntable clamp are designed in detail. Therefore, a complete set of automation solutions for deburring process of mobile phone shell is provided. Relevant results can lay a foundation for the next marketing promotion of deburring tool equipment for the mobile phone shell based on industrial robots.
