平面双摇杆机构的优化设计

摘要:初步设计了双摇杆机构并确定了4组连杆参数值,通过理论推导建立其运动方程及力学方程,得到了连杆机构中各点、各杆件的位置、速度、加速度、输出力矩的计算公式。然后使用MATLAB将公式用图形表达出来,更直观形象地分析了不同连杆长度参数对连杆机构的影响。通过对比4组数据,从不同的侧重点进行分析并得出结论。对于双摇杆机构及其他平面四连杆机构的设计,具有很好的参考意义。

Optimum Design of Planar Double Rocker Mechanism

Abstract:This paper preliminarily designs double rocker mechanism and determines four groups of parameters. Through theoretical deduction, the kinematic equation and mechanical equation are established, and the calculation formulas of position, speed, acceleration and output moment of each point and member in the linkage mechanism are obtained. Then the formula is expressed graphically by using MATLAB, and the influence of different length parameters of connecting rod is analyzed more intuitively and vividly. By comparing the four groups of data, the paper makes an analysis from different emphases and draws a conclusion. It has a good reference value for the design of double rocker mechanism.
