一种六角锁紧螺母拆装工具的设计

摘要:在安装某些元器件(如插座、传感器等)时,需采用六角锁紧螺母拧紧,特定环境(如深孔)下需制作专用工具。由于螺母规格型号多,专用工具制作、管理及使用均较繁琐。设计一种通用性较强的拆装工具,能够完成不同规格锁紧螺母拆装工作。该工具类似手爪结构,由六个可同时张开或收缩的“手指”组成,用于夹紧六角螺母的六个侧面,该工具亦可用于普通裸露的六角螺母的拆装。基于ANSYS Workbench完成静力学分析,利用拓扑优化模块改进结构,使其重量轻的同时,满足强度要求。

Design of a Tool used to Disassemble and Assemble Hexagonal Lock Nut

Abstract:Hexagonal lock nut was used to install some components (such as sockets, sensors, etc.). Special tools are required for specific environments (such as deep holes). Due to the large number of nut specifications, the production, management and use of special tools are complicated. Design a universal tool which can  disassemble and assemble different kind of hexagonal lock nut. The tool is similar to the claw structure and consists of six "fingers" that can be simultaneously opened or contracted, these fingers are used to clamp the six sides of the hexagonal lock nut. This tool can also be used for exposed hexagonal lock nuts. Statics analysis of the tool was completed base on ANSYS Workbench, structure was improved  with topology optimization module to meet strength requirements and make it lighter.
