基于无缝表征模型的油气输送管道安全裕度与剩余寿命在线监测平台研制

摘要:以API-579无缝表征模型为基础搭建油气输送管道安全裕度与剩余寿命在线监测平台,集成了油气管道现场点蚀数据采集,云服务器管道寿命分析与预测功能。通过引入点蚀占有比m概念,平台将API-579规则的8个标准模态关系式集成为统一的函数模型,能够表征各级状态下的点蚀模态图像的剩余强度RSF。在此基础上,带入不同时间测量的数据即可得到随时间变化的剩余强度系数RSF与剩余壁厚比Rwt数据关系,实现了对含点蚀缺陷油气管件的安全裕度仿真,从而获得一条失效路径,为安全评估人员做出正确评价提供可靠的技术支持。同时平台保留了对其他国际主要规则的应用。

Development on Residual Life and Safety Margin Online Monitoring Platform of Oil and Gas Pipelines with Pitting Corrosion Based on Non-Discrete Characterization Model

Abstract:Residual life and safety margin online monitoring platform of oil and gas pipelines, based on API-579 Non-discrete Characterization model, includes the function of collecting pitting corrosion date and predicting residual life. By using area occupation ratio (m), a non-discrete characterization model which serializes the discrete eight models given in API-579 was proposed to descript any level of pitting status. Subsequently, the relationship between remaining strength factor (RSF) and ratio of the remaining wall thickness (Rwt) changing with time could be solved by using data of different time. Thereby safety margin simulation of oil and gas pipelines fittings with pitting corrosion is realized, which provides the safety assessor a failure path to help make correct evaluations. The platform also retains applications for other major international rules.
