压缩机空调姿态调整机构研究与分析

摘要:通过对雷达结构、工作工况以及雷达目前使用的冷却方法进行研究与分析,选用压缩机空调对雷达接收机进行冷却,并对接收机所处环境温度进行恒温控制。基于前期的研究与分析,在空调与天线支臂之间安装滚动轴承。轴承外圈通过轴承座与天线支臂连接,轴承内圈通过通风轴与空调连接。在空调与天线座俯仰箱之间安装撑杆。天线进行俯仰运动时,撑杆姿态始终保持不变。在天线进行0°~90°的俯仰运动时,利用滚动轴承内圈与外圈的相对转动以及撑杆对空调的作用,可使空调姿态保持不变。最后对该结构进行力学分析,并用有限元软件对主要零件进行有限元分析。

Researth and Analysis of a Position Adjustment Mechanism for Compressor Air Conditioner

Abstract:Through the research and analysis of the radar structure, working conditions and the cooling method currently used by the radar, the compressor air conditioner is selected to cool the radar receiver, and the ambient temperature of the receiver is thermostatically controlled. Based on previous research and analysis, a rolling bearing was installed between the air conditioner and the antenna arm. The outer ring of the bearing is connected to the antenna arm through a bearing housing, and the inner ring of the bearing is connected to the air conditioner through a ventilation shaft. A strut is installed between the air conditioner and the antenna mount tilt box. When the antenna performs the pitching motion, the struts are always unchanged. When the antenna performs a pitching motion of 0° to 90°, the relative rotation of the inner and outer rings of the rolling bearing and the effect of the strut on the air conditioner can be used to maintain the air-conditioning posture. Finally, the structure is mechanically analyzed, and the finite element analysis is performed on the main parts by finite element software.
