重载下肢助力外骨骼足底压力采集鞋垫设计与分析

摘要:重载下肢外骨骼的足底压力采集鞋垫是用于承载人体及外骨骼压力和采集使用者行走过程中变化的足底压力的结构。传统足底压力采集鞋垫存在不耐用和人机舒适度不佳的问题。基于设计分析,从外形设计和材料优化两个角度出发,提出满足实验室测试阶段使用的鞋垫样件设计思路;并对造型设计前后的鞋垫进行静力分析,对材料优化前后的鞋垫进行行走实验和静力分析,分析结果表明在外形和材料上的优化确能提升鞋垫耐用度及人机舒适度。

Design and Analysis of Sole Pressure Acquisition Insole for Heavy-Duty Lower Limbs Exoskeleton

Abstract:The sole pressure acquisition insole of heavy-duty lower extremity exoskeleton is a structure used to carry the pressure of human body and exoskeleton to collect the change of sole pressure during walking. Traditional sole pressure acquisition insoles are not durable and human comfort is not good. Based on the analysis of design, this paper meets the needs of laboratory testing from the perspective of shape design and material optimization. The static analysis of the insoles before and after the shape design, the walking experiment and static analysis of the insoles before and after the material optimization are carried out. The analysis results show that the optimization of the shape and material can improve the durability and human comfort of the insoles.
