飞机废水管路流固耦合动力学仿真分析

摘要:以某型民机废水管路系统为研究背景,采用有限元法仿真分析管道在周期脉动流作用下的单双向流固耦合动力学特性及气液两相流作用下的动力学响应,并作卡箍位置布局优化。结果表明,流固耦合作用使得管道固有模态频率降低;相较于单向耦合,双向耦合时流体的突载对管道冲击更大,流体阻滞作用能降低管道振动幅值;两相流作用下,通过在弯管附近布置卡箍能降低管道的振动,卡箍布局优化后监测点处Y向位移及加速度峰值分别降低约84%和85%,管道最大应力减小近51%。

Simulation on Fluid-Structure Interaction Dynamics of Aircraft Waste Pipeline

Abstract:Taking a civil aircraft wastewater pipeline system as the research background, the finite element method was used to simulate the single bidirectional fluid-structure interaction dynamics of the pipeline under cyclic pulsating flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow. And the position of the clamps were optimized. The results show that the fluid-structure interaction reduces the natural modal frequency of the pipeline. Compared with the unidirectional interaction, the fluid sudden impact on the pipeline is greater when the two-way interaction is applied, and the fluid retardation can reduce the vibration amplitude of the pipeline. Under the action of the two-phase flow, the vibration of the pipeline can be reduced by arranging the clamp near the elbow, the maximum displacement and acceleration at the monitoring point is reduced about by 84% and 85% after the clamp layout is optimized, and the maximum equivalent von-Mises stress drops by nearly 51%.
