油气润滑ECT系统传感器设计

摘要:运用SolidWorks软件和COMSOL软件建立三维ECT管道模型,通过分析与比较传感器在空/满场状态下的电容值得到了三个结构参数(电极的张角、极板的长度、管道与屏蔽层的间隔)的优化范围,并定义了传感器电容响应率指标、对传感器性能进行了定量分析。在此基础上,基于正交实验的方法,以传感器性能综合评价函数OPT为目标,运用COMSOL软件和Design-Expert软件对上述三个结构参数进行了优化。研究结果表明:①当传感器结构参数为最佳参数组合时,函数OPT值为7.2087,与实际仿真获得的OPT值之间的相对误差为3.36%;②设计的传感器具有较均匀的灵敏度分布和较高的成像质量。

Design of Sensor in the Oil-Air Lubricating ECT System

Abstract:A three-dimensional ECT pipeline model was established employing SolidWorks software and COMSOL software. The optimized range of three structural parameters (the opening angle of the electrode, the length of the electrode, and the interval between the pipe and the shielding layer) was obtained by analyzing and comparing capacitance value in the state of empty field and full field. The capacitive responsivity of the sensor was defined to analyze the sensor performance quantitatively. And then, based on the orthogonal experiment method, the comprehensive evaluation function OPT of sensor performance is used to optimize the above three structural parameters employing COMSOL software and Design-Expert software. The experimental results show that the value of function OPT is 7.2087 when the sensor structural parameters are the optimal combination, and the relative error is 3.36% between the OPT value obtained by the actual simulation. The sensor designed exhibits better sensitivity distribution and higher image quality.
