运载火箭活动发射平台转弯行走研究及试验

摘要:为实现某型号运载火箭活动发射平台的转弯行走,其行走装置在结构上采取了设置回转支承和安装水平导向轮等措施,驱动控制系统采用了自主差速控制方法。同时,为保证活动发射平台行走过程中的可靠性,每组行走装置中的变频驱动电动机均采取冗余备份。利用ADAMS/Rail对活动发射平台行走装置进行了仿真分析,并开展了试验验证。经过分析和试验,证明了活动发射平台行走装置设计的正确性,并已在某运载火箭活动发射平台中实际应用,有效地提高了活动发射平台的性能。

Research and Experiment on the Turning Movement of the Mobile Launching Platform

Abstract:In order to realize the turning walking of a certain type of launch vehicle mobile launching platform, slewing support and horizontal guide wheel are adopted in the structure of the walking device, and the autonomous differential control method is adopted in the driving control system. In order to ensure the reliability of the mobile launching platform during walking, we take a redundant backup of the frequency conversion drive motors in each group of walking devices. ADAMS/Rail is used to simulate the running platform of the mobile launch platform, and a verification test is carried out. Through the analysis and the test, the validity of the design of mobile launching platform has been proved. This design has been applied in a launch vehicle mobile launching platform, which effectively improves the performance of mobile launching platform.
