二阶曲面挖掘铲静力学分析

摘要:现阶段的麦冬收获机,结构大多是整机采用拖拉机作为动力,一次性完成挖掘、除泥沙、集中铺放与收集等工序。考虑到入土性能和碎土能力两方面的因素,提出了一种麦冬收获机的二阶曲面挖掘铲,即在三角形平面铲一阶倾角的基础上,增加一个倾角平面,并结合凸面铲的碎土性能优越的特点。通过ANSYS Workbench分别对的普通和二阶曲面挖掘铲铲面倾角三维模型进行静力学分析验证,由于二阶曲面挖掘铲具有两个不同的倾角曲面使土壤发生折断劈裂,提高了碎土能力,且减小了机具的动力消耗。

Verification of Excavating Shovel Static Analysis Based on Soil Compression Failure Theory

Abstract:At the present stage, most of the Ophiopogon harvesters are constructed with tractors as a driving force, and all processes such as digging, sediment removal, centralized placement and collection are completed at once. Considering the factors of two aspects of soil p roperty and soil crushing capacity, this paper puts forward a two order surface excavating shovel of Ophiopogon harvester, that is, adding a dip plane on the basis of the first order dip angle of the triangle plane shovel, and combining the superior characteristics of the ground of the convex surface shovel. In this paper, the static analysis of the 3D model of the surface dip angle of the two order surface excavating shovel is verified by ANSYS Workbench. Because the two order surface excavating shovel has two different dip surfaces, the soil breaks and split, the soil crushing capacity is improved and the power consumption of the machine is reduced.
