顶驱内防喷器可靠性试验研究

摘要:为了提高顶驱内防喷器的可靠性,对三种不同内防喷器进行模拟工况试验,分别对寿命、通道压力关闭扭矩值、单向压差开启扭矩值三项关键指标进行了测试,并在试验结束后对产品进行解体检查。试验结果显示,密封失效是内防喷器的主要失效形式之一,提高装配精度、改善材料性能等均能提高其使用寿命。通道压力关闭情况下,55 MPa以内不同产品扭矩值相差不大,但在大于55 MPa后其扭矩值呈非线性增长;单向压差开启下不同产品受材质选型等因素影响扭矩值相差较大,15 MPa压差情况下不同产品扭矩值成倍增加,造成现场操作困难。

Reliability Test Study for IBOP of Top Drive

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of the Top Drive internal blowout preventer (IBOP), three different IBOP were tested under simulated working conditions. Three key indexes: service life, closing torque value of channel pressure and opening torque value of unidirectional pressure difference, were tested respectively. After the test, the product was disassembled and inspected. The test results show that seal failure is one of the major failures of the IBOP. When the channel pressure is closed, the torque value of different products within 55 MPa does not differ much from each other. But the torque value of products greater than 55 MPa shows nonlinear growth. Under the condition of unidirectional differential pressure opening, the torque values of different products are greatly affected by material selection and other factors. Under the condition of 15 MPa differential pressure, the torque values of different products are multiplied, causing difficulties in field operation.
