一种舰载密闭机箱结构设计

摘要:在对比分析几种典型密闭机箱优缺点的基础上,详细阐述了一种能在高温、高湿、高盐雾的海洋恶劣环境下工作的舰载整体铸造密闭机箱。简要介绍了密封原理,重点研究了密封材料和密封结构形式,最终解决了该机箱的密封问题。用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了该机箱的有限元模型,计算了机箱的模态,得到了机箱的前五阶固有频率和振型。结果表明:该机箱有足够的刚强度,满足设计要求。

Structural Design of a Shipborne Air-Tight Case

Abstract:A shipborne air-tight cast aluminum alloy case in high temperature, high humidity and high salinity marine environment is introduced on the bases of the comparison analysis of merits and demerits about several typical air-tight case in this paper. The sealing principle, sealing material and sealing structural form are researched. The sealing problem of the case is solved. The finite element model of the case is established and the first five natural frequency and vibration modes are calculated with ANSYS workbench software. It is shown that the case has sufficient rigidity and strength to satisfy the design demand.
