摘要:为了研究气动喷砂过程中砂气混合流体对喷砂机摇臂系统振动特性的影响,运用ANSYS Workbench对摇臂系统工作时的三种位姿进行了静模态分析和流固耦合作用力下的模态分析。分析结果表明:摇臂系统在三种位姿下静模态固有频率相差不大,固有振型相似。在考虑流固耦合作用力后,其中一种位姿固有频率最大增幅为13.71%,最大减幅为-1.46%;而另外两种位姿的固有频率都有不同程度的增加,但增幅较小,最大增幅为1.68%;系统各位姿的固有振型与未考虑流固耦合时相比基本不变。

Modal Analysis for Sandblasting Machine Rocker Arms System Based on Fluid-Solid Coupling

Abstract:In order to study the influence of sand-gas mixed fluid on the vibration characteristics of the sandblasting machine rocker arms system in the process of pneumatic sand blasting. Using the ANSYS Workbench, the static and fluid-solid coupling pre-stressed modal of three kinds of position & pose in sandblasting machine rocker arms system has been analyzed. The analysis results show that the natural frequencies of the rocker arms system in three kinds of position & pose are similar, and the natural mode of vibration is also similar. Considering the interaction force of fluid-solid coupling, one of the natural frequencies of the position & pose has a maximum increase of 13.71%, the maximum reduction is-1.46%.While the other two kinds of natural frequencies have increased in varying degrees, but the growth rate is small, the biggest increase is only 1.68%. Compared with static modal, the natural mode of vibration for the system in different position & pose are basically the same.
