一种新型皮带张力计的研究和使用

摘要:为解决机械式皮带张力计在装配皮带时效率低下、不易操作的问题,研究了光电式皮带张力计在皮带装配中的应用效果。首先,通过建立皮带振动的数学模型,推导出皮带的张紧频率计算公式;同时,采用光电式皮带张力计实际检测皮带的张紧度,实际检测值和理论值相对误差小于5%。通过对比研究表明,使用光电式皮带张力计来控制皮带的松紧度,操作简易、可靠性高、可重复性强。

The Research and Usage of a New Type of Belt Tensiometer

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the mechanical belt tensiometer is not efficient and not easy to be operated when assembling the belt, this paperstudies the application effect of photoelectric belt tensiometer in belt assembly. Firstly, by establishing the mathematical model of belt vibration, the calculating formula of tension frequency of belt is deduced. At the same time, the belt tension is actually detected by using the photoelectric belt tension meter, and the relative error of the actual detection value and the theoretical value is less than 5%. Through the comparative study show that the usage of photoelectric belt tensiometer to control the tension of the belt, easy to operate, high reliability, strong repeatability.
