随动平衡抽油机的平衡性能计算与研究

摘要:长冲程节能抽油机才能够有效提高稠油井的开采效益。提出一种在游梁后端上部增加平衡后置滑轮的方法,能有效增加抽油机的冲程,并平衡部分扭矩。对随动平衡抽油机的平衡原理进行了分析,结合抽油机的实际工作情况,对后置滑轮的平衡重进行了设计。计算了同等型号的随动平衡抽油机与普通抽油机的扭矩情况,证明加了后置滑轮的抽油机性能得到了明显改善,曲柄扭矩减小,且不存在负扭矩。

Calculation and Study of Balance Performance of Oil Pumping Unit with Dynamic Balance

Abstract:the long stroke pumping oil machine can improve the recovery efficiency of heavy oil. This paper presents a method of adding balanced rear pulley on the upper end of the rear end of the beam, which can effectively increase stroke and balance some torque of the pumping unit. The balance principle of the servo balancing pumping unit is analyzed. Based on the balance principle and the actual working condition of the pumping unit, the balance weight of the rear pulley is designed. The torque of the same type of servo pump and common pumping unit is calculated. It is proved that the performance of the pumping unit plus the rear pulley has been obviously improved, the crank torque has been reduced, and there is no negative torque.
