干气密封增压系统在煤化工氨冰机中的应用

摘要:在煤化工项目中越来越多的采用氨压缩机作为工艺冷冻系统的核心设备,为低温甲醇洗装置和空分的气氨提供制冷剂。其轴封采用了更能适应高速旋转的干气密封。以前干气密封控制系统的设计,在开停车过程中,会有大量的氨气排放到大气中,不仅造成氨气的浪费,大量的氨损伤人体的呼吸道甚至形成酸雨,并对大气环境造成极大的污染。通过增压装置在氨冰机的干气密封控制系统的运用,较大幅度地减少氨气开车时排放。

Application of Dry Gas Seal Pressurization System in Coal Chemical Ammonia Ice Machine

Abstract:In the coal chemical engineering projects, more and more projects use ammonia compressor as the core equipment of process refrigeration system, providing refrigerant for low-temperature methanol washing device and air separation gas ammonia. The shaft seal adopts a dry gas seal which is more suitable for high-speed rotation. In the past due to the design of the control system defects, resulting in the open parking process, there will be a large number of ammonia emissions into the atmosphere, not only caused the waste of ammonia, ammonia injury body of respiratory tract and even the formation of acid rain, causing great pollution to the atmospheric environment. By applying the pressurization system to the dry air seal control system of ammonia ice machine, the emission of ammonia gas when driving is greatly reduced.
