HXD1D型电力机车用盘形制动装置结构设计

摘要:针对HXD1D型电力机车盘形制动装置在运用过程中暴露出的异常损害现象,在对现车盘形制动装置的结构特点深入研究的基础上,分析制动盘和制动闸片的零部件组成和产品结构设计要求,设计出符合要求的盘形制动装置,并利用1:1制动动力试验台模拟HXD1D型电力机车的实际运用工况对盘形制动装置制动摩擦磨损性能和可靠性进行了试验验证,试验结果表明:该盘形制动装置结构设计合理,性能可靠,可有效提升机车运用的安全性和稳定性。

Structural Design of Disc Brake Device for HXD1D Electric Locomotive

Abstract:For disc brake device of type HXD1D electric locomotive abnormal damages caused by during the applying process; based on the deep research on the structure characteristics of brake disc device; analyzed the brake disc and brake pads components and product structure design requirements, designed to meet the requirements of the disc brake device, and the use of 1:1 brake dyno-test rig simulation of HXD1D electric locomotive application conditions on the disc brake, brake friction and wear performance and reliability were tested. The test results showed that the disc brake device structure design was reasonable, reliable performance, and the safety and stability of the locomotive effectively improved.
