离心压缩机端盖起吊机构结构设计与静力学分析

摘要：垂直剖分式离心压缩机端盖的装配方法是装配压缩机的关键技术难题，根据现有端盖起吊机构，重新设计了一种可以调节起吊点的端盖起吊机构。通过Pro/E的参数功能对其进行参数化建模，以有限元理论为基础，施加端盖及起吊机构的重力载荷后，对起吊机构进行静力学强度分析，从而计算得出起吊机构的最大应力作用点及最大应力值，为起吊工具的设计提供理论依据，同时为优化改进奠定基础。

Abstract：The assembly method of the end cover in vertical split centrifugal compressor is the key technical problem for assembling compressor, a kind of end cover lifting mechanism which can adjust the lifting point is redesigned according to the existing end cover lifting mechanism. The redesigned lifting mechanism is parameterized modeled by the Pro/E software, the statics analysis of the lifting mechanism is done after applying the gravity load of end cover and lifting mechanism based on finite element theory, the maximum stress points and maximum stress values of the lifting mechanism are calculated, the theoretical basis for design the lifting mechanism can be provided, and the foundation for optimization and improvement is laid.
