电子驻车用滚珠丝杆组件耐久效率试验的研究及应用

摘要：研制了一种电子驻车（简称EPB）用滚珠丝杆组件耐久效率试验机，可以模拟滚珠丝杆组件的载荷、转速、油压及温度等工况参数，测试了电子驻车系统的滚珠丝杆组件性能，为滚珠丝杆组件性能分析提供准确的试验数据。该试验机测试结果与国外研制的同类设备测试结果基本一致，验证了该试验机的可靠性。采用该试验机对新开发的滚珠丝杆组件进行效率与耐久测试，耐久后零件的精度、效率均大于客户要求，验证了新开发的滚珠丝杆组件的效率与耐久性能指标，均可满足实际工作要求。

The Research and Application for Ball Screw Endurance and Efficiency Test of Electrical Parking Brake

Abstract：A new type ball screw efficiency and durability equipment is designed and developed ,the operating conditions of load, rotating speed, hydraulic pressure and temperature of ball screw are simulated, the performance of ball screw is tested, the accurate experimental data are provided for performance analysis of ball screws. the test result of this durability equipments basic unanimously with the result of foreign EPB endurance testing machine. The efficiency and endurance of new development ball screw assembly is tested on this test bench. precision and efficiency of ball screw after durability test were greater than the customer's requirements, verified efficiency and durability of these new parts can meet the requirements of actual work.
