钢塑复合热力管爆破压力的有限元计算分析

摘要:钢塑复合热力管集钢材和塑料的优点于一体,是一种新型的绿色管道。应用ABAQUS有限元软件,对钢塑复合热力管进行了强度分析,计算了不同规格钢塑复合管在不同温度下的爆破压力,并通过实验验证了有限元计算结果的正确性。研究了钢塑复合管爆破压力与温度的关系曲线,给出了爆破压力的温度折减系数,最后,建立了钢塑复合管在不同温度下爆破压力的估算模型,该模型具有良好的预测精度。

Analysis of Temperature Effect on the Strength of Spiral Welded Mesh Steel Polyethylene Composite Pipe

Abstract:Steel-plastic composite pipe combines the advantages of steel and polyethylene, which is a new green pipe. Strength analysis of steel-plastic composite pipe is carried out by using of ABAQUS finite element software, the burst pressure of composite pipe under different temperature is calculated and the finite element results were verified by the experimental results. The relationship between burst pressure and temperature is investigated, and temperature reduction factor is obtained. Finally, the predicted model for the burst pressure of the composite pipe is developed, which has good prediction accuracy.
