基于圆柱凸轮机构的甜杆切割机器的设计

摘要:为了解决农户在切割甜杆时因人工切割导致劳动力的消耗大、效率低下、安全系数低等问题,对甜杆理化分析,通过研究刀片切割、翻土取根等过程,设计出基于圆柱凸轮机构的甜杆切割机器,整机利用圆柱凸轮使得刀片可往复切割甜杆,利用双摇杆机构使后置铲土装置进行翻土取根,液压系统的设计可调节切割高度。该机器提升了甜杆切割的安全性和效率,可为甜杆切割机的设计提供技术参考,对促进甜杆切割产业发展具有重要意义。

The Design of Cutting Machine of Sweet Sorghum Based on Cylinder Cam Mechanism

Abstract:In order to solve the problem when the farmers cutting sweet rod due to manual labor leads to cutting consumption, low efficiency, low coefficient of safety problems, this paper based on the physical and chemical analysis of sweet lever, the blade cutting through research, dig roots taking process was designed based on a cylindrical Sweet lever cam mechanism of the cutting machine, the machine makes use of cylindrical cam reciprocating cutting blade lever sweet, use double rocker mechanism causes the rear shovel dig means take root, and the design of the hydraulic system to adjust the cutting height. The machine improves the safety and efficiency of cutting sweet bar, can provide technical reference for the sweet bar cutting machine designed for cutting rod promote sweet industry is important.
