行星排变位齿轮测绘计算及加工模拟

摘要:为学习国外某自动液力变速器行星齿轮机构的设计理念,需对其中一组行星排齿轮进行测绘分析。通过初步测算,该组齿轮均为变位齿轮,且压力角不是常用的20°、22.5°或25°。为解决测绘难题,结合齿轮几何公式构建了多个非线性方程组,并利用三次样条插值法与二分法相结合对方程组进行求解,从而获得齿轮法面压力角αn和分度圆螺旋角β;针对法向变位系数xn的求解,探索了两种不同的计算方法;最后,利用MATLAB编程,模拟了齿轮插齿加工过程,验证了测绘结果的可加工性。

Surveying and Mapping and Machining Simulation of Planetary Modified Gears

Abstract:In order to study the design concept of planetary gearme chanisms of a foreign AT product, one group of planetary gears should be measured and analyzed. Through preliminary calculation shows: The gears of the group are modified gears, and the pressure angle is not commonly used 20º, 22.5ºor 25º. In order to solve the problem of surveying and mapping, several sets of nonlinear equations are constructed based on the gear geometric formulas, and combine the three spline interpolation method and the binary search method to solve the equations, so as to obtain the pressure angle αn and the helix angle β. In this paper, two kinds of calculation methods are discussed to solve the modification coefficient xn. Finally, use MATLAB to program, simulated the machining process of the gears, the machinability of the surveying and mapping results is verified.
