CAE技术在产品研发中的应用与战略思维

摘要：为提高研发效率、提升产品设计水平，将CAE分析引入产品研发环节，对CAE技术特征和时效特征进行分析。结合徐工集团内部研发体系，总结CAE技术对现有产品研发体系的利弊，形成战略思维。相应的结果表明：以CAE分析技术辅助产品研发包含项目应用与设计思维两个层面。在CAE技术应用初期，应以简单易用的分析技术作为手段，对产品部件进行精益化设计；在应用中期，应以大型整机作为分析对象，结合分析理论对产品进行设计与论证；产品设计后期，随着CAE分析经验的固化，设计人员能够以CAE思维看待产品设计，在产品设计中体现CAE分析精髓，有效利用CAE分析的时效特征，大幅度提升设计能力、缩短设计周期。

Application of CAE Technology in Product Development and Strategic Thinking Pattern

Abstract：To improve efficiency and design skill, technology and ageing characteristics of CAE (computer aided engineering) was analyzed after being introduced to product design. Strategic thinking pattern was formed by summarizing advantages and disadvantages of current product development system of XCMG. The results show that there are two stages, technology application and design thinking, when CAE was applied to assist product research. At the beginning, most ways to use CAE are easy and simple in component design. Later, when the whole product is applied as research target, CAE combined with theory analysis should be popular. Finally, with design thinking that have been already formed by CAE analysis, period and cost of product development should be less, the design skills should be improved as well.
