新型铁路漏斗车卸货传动机构研究

摘要:介绍了出口型石灰石漏斗车传动机构的设计,提出一种可实现单侧卸完的漏斗车卸货机构,通过沿车体通长的传动轴可实现三门联动,通过力学分析设计了一种比国内既有漏斗车卸货机构更省力的四连杆结构,并首次在铁路漏斗车传动轴上配备万向节联轴器,避免车体变形造成传动轴卡滞.样车制造后,通过试验测试驱动力来验证卸货机构设计的合理性。

Research and Development of a New Unloading Mechanism on a Railway Hopper Car

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of an exported car transmission mechanism for dumping of limestone hopper car, and puts forward a unilateral unloading mechanism. Through the transmission shaft along the body length, three doors linkage movement can achieve. Through the mechanical analysis, a more effort four connecting rod structure than the existing hopper car unloading mechanism is designed. For the first time the universal joint is adopted on railway hopper car transmission shaft, which avoids shaft card caused by car body deformation. To verify the rationality of discharge mechanism, driving force of the mechanism is tested after prototype car is manufactured.
